Brabourne Church of England Primary school is situated off a rural lane between Brabourne Lees and East Brabourne. With only 15 children in each year, we pride ourselves on looking after every child as an individual. We have high academic standards but a nurturing ethos, allowing every child to develop at their own pace. Our staff are experienced and enthusiastic – they include two Kent Primary School teachers of the year and our reception teacher is Ashford Early Years teacher of the year 2020.

Taking full advantage of our location, our pupils spend a lot of time outside and we aim for a wide and varied curriculum, inspiring in each child a love of learning that will last them into secondary school and beyond. As a Church of England school, nurturing Christian values and encouraging children to develop their own beliefs is also very important.

Our approach was praised by Ofsted in 2018:

‘You are passionately committed to ensuring that every pupil has something they can be proud of and fantastic in. This vision drives the ethos of the school and creates a happy, harmonious place where pupils thrive’.
